Adults and children are welcome to come and watch the class to see if
they like it.
N.B. No classes are held on Bank Holiday Weekends.
Classes are from 10:30AM Saturdays and 6:30PM Wednesdays for children (€10 per week covers both classes). Adult classes are from 12:30PM Saturdays and 7:30PM Wednesdays, you do not have to be a member of the Gym to take part.
